Motivational Monday

It’s Monday and it’s the 1st!  You know what that means! The gym will be full of hopeful members trying to make a change. As coaches we love to see this. Our classes are packed, the floor is full and the machines and free weights are all being used.

Take this Monday as the ultimate restart; maybe it’s your diet, maybe you need to make it to the gym one more day a week. This is the week to do that! Go home, after work or whatever, and prep your meals, find a workout plan and talk to a coach. We’re here to help you out.

Summer is right around the corner and I think we all have that goal, that vision, of ourselves with that six pack or fitting into that bikini you’ve been saving all year. So buckle down this month and just do it.  Realize your vision and get it done! If you can’t do it alone talk to me, Krista, Gutz or Sara and start up a personal training package. Tribe Team Training just started today and we still have openings. Affordable small group training and results driven; you can tighten up your midsection in TribeCORE, lose fat and gain strength in TribeFIT or keep it low impact and start in TribeLIFE.

Don’t be scared to start something new, ask questions and most importantly don’t be scared to fail! Failure always ends up leading to success.
