Strength & Conditioning Saturday Shape Up

Join Coach Justin “Gutz” Gutierrez this Saturday at 9am for a Strength and Conditioning workout during our Shape Up. Build upon your current fitness level by adding Strength and Conditioning to your routine. The goal of this class is to increase total body strength, muscle mass, fitness, and conditioning level, as well as improve posture.
