Are you in need of a little pain relief? Join guest instructor, Diana Duncan, this Saturday at 9 a.m. for Yoga Tune-Up®. It’s a Free Community Day so be sure and invite your friends! This class combines modified classical yoga moves with self-massage using stress relief balls to help attune the mind, body and breath plus decrease pain, improve posture and increase physical performance.
