This functional training class coaches you to gain strength, power, speed, muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and range of motion. Enter the functional training zone and be prepared to work hard and have fun with kettle bells, medicine balls, dumbbells, body weight exercises and more! Suitable for most fitness levels. For those new to fitness, ask a fitwell trainer about proper form before you participate in Xtreme X-Training.
