"My motto was always to keep swinging. Whether I was in a slump or feeling badly or having trouble off the field, the only thing to do was keep swinging."
After retiring from a 30-year career in business, most recently at USAA, Alice Diamant is following her passion – to facilitate the fitness, health and well-being of others – as founder and General Manager of fitwell.
Alice is well grounded in exercise. She completed all but the dissertation for a Ph.D in Exercise Physiology at Indiana University. Alice served as a PT instructor in the Israeli Defense Force and was certified in static line paratrooper jump training, logging 10 jumps, including night and water landings. Following service in the IDF, Alice attended The Zinman College for Physical Education and Sport Sciences at the Wingate Institute, receiving a BS equivalent in physical education.
Alice, her husband, Pete Pfeiffer, and their three adult children, are all devoted exercisers and outdoor enthusiasts.
